Designed for Labour Hire and recruitment industries, it enhances candidate presentation, ensuring CVs meet specific job requirements and increase acceptance by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

Resume Match Mate streamlines the labour hiring process by transforming all types of CVs into job-specific, branded profiles, enhancing their acceptance by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). It ensures consistent formatting, highlights relevant skills and experience, and removes personal biases like gender and age. This results in professional, tailored resumes that improve candidate presentation and increase the chances of successful placements. 

Upload an existing resume, CV or talent profile as well as the relevant Job Description, and our customised AI tool tailors the content to match job requirements whilst ensuring keyword optimisation for ATS. It formats the resume consistently, highlights relevant skills and experience, and removes personal biases. The final CV can be downloaded in Word format for further customisation. 

Currently around 5 to 10 minutes but we are aiming to get this down to 1 minute.

Resume Match Maker takes data security seriously and employs robust measures to protect your corporate information. We're built on Microsoft Azure, ensuring top-notch security for your data. Unlike some platforms, we don't use your data to train our models or make it public. Azure is trusted by 95% of Fortune 500 companies, so should give a sense of security to all customers. 

Uploads can currently include Microsoft Word or PDF files however we are adding further file types including images to support scans that have not had optical character recognition (OCR).
